Snow stops play - well, nearly.....

Deliveries have been a major problem for us this ast couple of weeks & Julie will be glad when the courier can get his van along the road again!

We just wanted to thank our customers for their patience during this period.  As you can see we have made every effort to get our parcel into the delivery system despite the 15" of snow we have had.  Interlink couriers are doing their best to get the parcels to you & we hope to be back to normal next week.

If you have any outstanding queries, do email us or contact the courier direct from the confirmation email sent when your order was despatched.

Delivery update for the coming week -11th Jan 2010

It's still here.... but we have managed to despatch all orders placed this week. There may be some delivery delays in your area due to your local conditions but all parcels are moving through the system & we will be despatching as normal this coming week.

Despatches Update - latest snow delays

We are once again suffering from being a small business in a small road & have been unable to get any courier or mail collections since Wednesday due to the snow.

Firstly, apologies to those customers whose parcels haven't been despatched or that went on Monday or Tuesday & are still caught up in the system.

We are going to try & get some parcels despatched today by meeting our courier on the main road.  If you are waiting for an order to be despatched, check your email this afternoon as all customers whose parcels we have got on the van will receive an email from us confirming despatch.

We will try to keep you upated on the delivery situation & lets all hope we don't get too much more this weekend!
